How the review is done
Every quote is read by a person, not an algorithm. We work through the document against a completeness checklist built from years of jobs that went sideways: is every described task priced, are the exclusions reasonable, are allowances realistic, are the payment terms standard, and is anything obviously absent for this kind of work.
We don't tell you whether a price is "too expensive" — that depends on your market and your trade. We tell you whether the document you've been handed actually covers the job you asked for.
